Interested in preserving some of your CSA goodies this season? Sunshine Canning and Geraldson Community farm are partnering on a pressure canning workshop to teach you how to safely can vegetables, broths, and meat. We’ll cover the science behind low acid foods, the equipment necessary to do it at home, and where to find safe, tested recipes for all of your farm produce.
We will have snacks and drinks for our guests! Be ready to socialize and learn – should be a night filled with great company and good conversation!
