This is a free informational class being hosted by Rollin’ Oats in Tampa. It will focus on recommended canning equipment, safety concerns, and different preserving techniques used in water bath and pressure canning. I will also bring samples of home-canned goods for people to try and Rollin’ Oats will be providing accompanying cheese and crackers. Should be a fun evening!
