This is a free informational class being hosted by Nature’s Food Patch in Clearwater. It will focus on recommended canning equipment, safety concerns, and different preserving techniques used in water bath and pressure canning. I will also bring samples of home-canned goods for people to try and Nature’s Food Patch will be providing accompanying cheese and crackers. Should be a fun evening!
