Whether you are new to canning or just need a refresher course, this basic canning workshop is a great starting point. It’s just in time for Valentine’s Day…what a sweet gift to give to your sweetie, or a fun event to do together!

The focus of this class will be safety, equipment, and science as we discuss the boiling water bath technique. Once mastered, this method will enable you to safely and confidently can everything from jams to pickles to fruit!

This is a hands-on class and we will be making a fancy strawberry jam. All supply costs are included in the class fee of $25, and participants will take home a jar made in the class for their special sweetie!
